An Educational Game in Service of the Environment
At Risk Control, we recently took part in “La Fresque du Climat,” an engaging and educational workshop designed to explain the key principles of climate change in just three hours.
Based on the findings of the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), which reflect the established scientific consensus on global warming, this workshop involves arranging 42 cards—each representing an aspect of climate change (e.g., fossil fuel combustion, glacier melt, carbon sinks, climate refugees)—to illustrate the chain of causes and effects that form the Climate Fresk.

This event brought out creativity within our teams. Lively discussions and innovative ideas turned the Climate Fresk into more than just an awareness exercise: it became a breeding ground for sustainable solutions. Aligned with our core values, Risk Control is committed to integrating sustainability into our daily operations.

What We Learned
La Fresque du Climat chez Risk Control n’était pas simplement une activité, mais une étape de plus vers la création d’une culture d’entreprise axée sur la responsabilité environnementale. Elle nous a rappelé que chaque action compte et que, ensemble, nous pouvons contribuer à un monde plus durable. C’est avec cette prise de conscience renouvelée que nous avançons, déterminés à maitriser les enjeux de demain pour un monde plus sûr et plus durable.
A Sweet Conclusion: Sharing the “Galette des Rois 11 ”
Après cette intense session de réflexion et de créativité autour de la Fresque du Climat, nous avons clôturé notre journée chez Risk Control d’une manière plus légère et festive : en dégustant la traditionnelle galette des rois. Ce moment convivial a offert à chacun l’occasion de se détendre et de partager des sourires après avoir exploré ensemble les défis environnementaux auxquels notre planète est confrontée.

En associant la réflexion sérieuse de la Fresque du Climat à la légèreté de la tradition de la galette des rois, cette journée a véritablement reflété l’équilibre que nous cherchons à instaurer chez Risk Control : celui entre l’engagement sérieux envers la responsabilité environnementale et la valorisation des moments de détente et de convivialité au sein de notre équipe.
