What Risk Control offers to control workforce on site
Risk Control uses a provider called BATIVIGIE, tasked with providing you a unique solution in France, linked with the professional construction card . The system combines a digital services platform and a smartphone application used by our teams on site.

The BATIVIGIE database integrates for every site all documents of each employee, fully digitized:
- Identity card
- URSSAF certificate of the employee
- Mission letter for a temporary worker
- Specific documents, in compliance with the Savary law, if the employer company is foreign (pay slips, work hour records, etc.)
The BATIVIGIE back office ensures the verification of proper qualification of data.
On site:
Embedded in a simple smartphone via a dedicated app, the system activates all information flows and procedures stemming from the control automatically.
The BATIVIGIE platform sends in real time to the parties concerned:
- Control notifications
- Incident reports
- Formal notices
Over the course of controls, the system updates monthly reports, ensuring penalty calculations. Risk Control carries out these inspection visits.
