The Project

Risk Control was responsible for the technical inspection during the creation of a real estate complex that includes shops, offices, housing, a parking lot with 745 spaces (including 299 public spaces), a daycare center, and a medical office. 

Located just 300 meters from Paris, near the famous Puces district, the Village des Rosiers, which covers 58,000 m², offers a wide variety of programs:

  • 500 housing units spread over 6 buildings
  • 13,000 m² of retail space
  • Four-star hotel with 80 rooms
  • Offices
  • Restaurants
  • Art and craft galleries

With the new metro station on line 14, Village des Rosiers will be even more accessible.

Risk Control’s Support

The 500 housing units will offer a variety of layouts (single-level, duplexes, and townhouses) and will be open to the outdoors thanks to large terraces and private gardens.

A high-end project that has all the assets of an attractive city. Known as the “new Parisian Brooklyn,” where art and good living blend, this village is built with respect for the environment and, more broadly, within the framework of sustainable development. NF HABITAT HQE certification is planned for the housing units, and NF Tertiary Building HQE certification for all the offices in the project.
