The Project
Located in the 14th arrondissement near Porte de Vanves, this nine-story building was inaugurated in 2019. Designed by the architectural firm of Charles-Henri Tachon, this project, supervised by Risk Control, received the 2019 Silver T-square Award (Prix Équerre d’Argent).
This is the Julia Bartet Residence, designed to accommodate young working adults. This 3,574 m² construction includes three distinct programs, each with a unique location and its own independent entrance. The entire residence is certified H&E (Health & Environment) and holds the BBC-Effinergie label.
The three programs include:
- A social residence with 86 housing units intended for apprentices
- On the ground floor, 227 m² dedicated to hosting a food distribution center operated by “Les Restaurants du Cœur”
- On the first floor, a platform of educational rooms is intended for both resident and non-resident apprentices.
This building thus provides apprentices with extensive housing space and serves as a distribution area for Restaurants du Cœur.
