Advantages as an employee
- Thanks to a statistics dashboard, employees can access the relevant operations. All reviews of the examined documents, as well as the reports from site visits, are prepared and published.
- All these reviews are then converted into PDF reports, digitally signed, and shared with our clients.
- Our engineers can also reach out to clients by leaving a message through the Notes and Correspondence tool.
- Once the operation is closed, a satisfaction survey is sent to the clients.

- The IMPACT 2.0 platform gives our clients access to their operations.
- Each operation has a main client contact as well as one or more secondary contacts. Both primary and secondary contacts can log in to the platform using their own credentials. As soon as a report is published by a Risk Control engineer, they are notified by email.
- The reviews of the examined documents, along with the reports of completed site visits, are published on the platform.
- The Panorama section and the statistics bar provide a simplified overview of the overall status of the operation.
