For the 2025 edition of our Risk Control Day, our teams enjoyed a unique experience combining team cohesion, environmental commitment, and creativity: building a go- kart from repurposed materials, in line with a circular economy approach.
An Exceptional Setting for a Memorable Day
The day began with a friendly breakfast to welcome our collaborators.
In the heart of a forest by a pond, we kicked off the event in a peaceful atmosphere,
encouraging open discussions and the emergence of collective energy.
A key highlight of the morning was a conference led by our directors, a valuable moment to share our strategic vision, reflect on the future, and reaffirm what unites us and drives us forward together.
A Warm and Friendly Lunch Break
At lunchtime, conversations continued around a large open-air barbecue, creating a relaxed ambiance that further strengthened the bonds within our teams.
An Afternoon of Collective Creativity and Challenge
The afternoon was dedicated to teamwork and bold creativity with an original
challenge: designing and building a go-kart using only reclaimed materials.
Imagination, collaboration, and good spirits were at the heart of the activity, allowing
everyone to showcase their talents in service of the group.
We then tested our creations in a race that blended healthy competition with
camaraderie. While the top-performing teams received rewards, it was the shared
energy and inventive spirit that left a lasting impression.
